BRIEF DESCRIPTION of the sites:

Jvari Monastery - a sixth century Georgian Orthodox monastery near Mtskheta, with the eye-catching view on the city and Aragvi-Mtkvari meeting place.
​
Mtskheta - was founded in the 5th century BC. It was capital of the early Georgian Kingdom of Iberia from the 3rd century BC to the 5th century AD then capital moved to Tbilisi, but it stayed as the coronation and burial place for most kings of Georgia.​
​
Svetitskhoveli Cathedral - a masterpiece of the Early Middle Ages, it is recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site, Christ’s robe is believed to lie beneath here.
​
Borjomi - a town in central Georgia as well as the name of a natural reserve and of the famous volcanic salty spring water. The city park contains the source of Borjomi mineral water.
​
Sataplia Cave - 900 m long, 10 m high and 12 m wide and contains dramatically lit stalactites and stalagmites. Sataplia State Reserve is a most multifarious and very rare monument. It is of complex character and contains geologic, paleontological, speleological and botanical monuments.

Prometheus Cave - Prometheus cave is one of the biggest and most beautiful cave in Europe, which providing visitors with breathtaking examples of stalactites, stalagmites, curtains, petrified waterfalls, cave pearls, underground rivers, and lakes.​

Martvili Canyon - a natural wonder. Martvili canyons used to be a bath place for Dadiani family, now People visit it to enjoy the scenery and its waterfalls.

Ladies require scarves in the Georgian orthodox churches, sometimes skirts too, but they can find some in the entrances. Short trousers are forbidden in the church.
