Gergeti Trinity Church - a popular name for Holy Trinity Church near the village of Gergeti in Georgia. The church is situated at an elevation of 2170 meters, under Mount Kazbegi. It was built in the 14th century. The British Newspaper The Telegraph has published a list featuring the world’s most stunning churches. Among the 23 selected buildings Georgia’s Gergeti Trinity Church comes in the sixth place.

Bodbe Monastery - one of the most important religious sites in Georgia. A steep path leads 800m down to a small chapel built over St Nino’s Spring, which reputedly burst forth after she prayed on this spot. Pilgrims queue up to drink and splash themselves with the holy water.

The garden is 111 hectares and contains flora from nine phyto-geographic areas: East Asia, North America, New Zealand, South America, the Himalayas, Mexico, Australia, the Mediterranean, and the Caucasian humid subtropics.
